Nam Nguyen

Nam has 16 years plus experience in project management, planning, finance and corporate real estate. His project management experience includes major infrastructure projects in water and waste water treatment facilities, long haul and metro fiber build, telecommunication facilities such as Point of Presence, Route Hut and Data Center across the United States and schools and hospitals in Central Vietnam. 

His finance and planning successes include being the principal author of two business cases which obtained funding exceeded $1billion USD. He is experienced in managing large portfolios of corporate real estate that include more than 600 facilities, Right of Way and in acquisition and disposition of properties across the United States.
